§ 9002E. Advanced placement examination policy [Effective Aug. 1, 2024].

(a) Each institution shall adopt and implement a policy granting undergraduate course credit to incoming students for all advanced placement examinations upon which a student receives a score of 3 or higher for any similarly-correlated course offered by the institution.

(b) The institution may require a score higher than 3 if the credit is to be used for meeting a course requirement for a particular major or program at the institution.
