AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2317(c), Title 19 of the Delaware Code by inserting the phrase "currently or previously" between the word "personnel" and the word "employed" as they appear in said subsection.
