AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO STATE GOVERNMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 80, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking in its entirety § 8013, entitled "Council on Soil and Water Conservation."
Section 2. Amend Chapter 80, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking in its entirety § 8015, entitled "Council on Environmental Control."
Section 3. Amend Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking in its entirety Chapter 111, entitled "Delmarva Advisory Council."
Section 4. This Act shall take effect on the later of (i) June 30, 2010; or (ii) the date of its enactment.
