BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 5903(16), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by inserting the language ", Deputy Court Administrator, Judicial Case Management Administrator, Judicial Operations Managers, Chief of Court Security, Chief Electronic Court Reporter, Investigative Supervisor, Controller, Management Analysts, Human Resource Specialist," following the phrase "with the exception of the Court Administrator" and before the language "and 1" in the first sentence.
Section 2. Nothing in this Act shall affect the classified status of any employee currently employed on the date immediately preceding the effective date of this Act.
