AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF SEAFORD RELATING TO THE ASSESSMENT OF TAXES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 25(B), Volume 53, Chapter 42, Laws of Delaware, as amended, entitled "An Act Changing the Name of the Town of Seaford to the City of Seaford and Establishing a Charter Therefore" by deleting from the second sentence in Section 25(B) the words "neither laid out in building lots nor plotted as such and".
