AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 20 RELATING TO THE DELAWARE STATE POLICE READY RESERVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §3122, Chapter 31, Title 20 of the Delaware Code by deleting the language ", including the Delaware State Police Ready Reserve,".
Section 2. Amend Chapter 31, Title 20 of the Delaware Code by deleting §3122A in its entirety.
