AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 12 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DEBTS OF AND CLAIMS AGAINST ESTATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2101(b), Title 12 of the Delaware Code by inserting after the language "grant of letters" and before the language "in the county courthouse" the language "on the designated county website and/or".
