AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE STATE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS COMMITTEE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §9602(a), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by inserting after the language "Insurance Commissioner," and before the language "the State Treasurer" the language "the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court,".
