HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ABOLISHING JURY COMMISSIONERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 4504, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking said section in its entirety.
Section 2. Amend § 4507(a)(1), Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking the language "jury commissioners, " as it appears therein.
Section 3. Amend § 4512(b), Title 10 of the Delaware Code by deleting the language "the jury commissioners or" as it appears after the language "testimony of" and before the language "the clerk, any".
Section 4. Amend §4512(b), Title 10 of the Delaware Code by deleting the language "the jury commissioners or" as it appears after the language "used by" and before the language "the clerk, and".
Section 5. Amend §4514(a), Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking said subsection (a) in its entirety and relettering subsections (b) and (c) as subsections (a) and (b) respectively.
