AN ACT TO AMEND 76 DELAWARE LAWS, CHAPTER 261 RELATING TO THE MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend 76 Delaware Laws, Chapter 261 by deleting Section 2 in its entirety and replacing in lieu thereof the following:
"Section 2. This Act becomes effective after its enactment into law except that §1799E of Title 24 becomes effective two years after the Act is enacted into law."
