AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE OATH OF OFFICE OF SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 1053(a), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase "America and the Constitution of the State of Delaware" and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"America, the Constitution of the State of Delaware, and the laws of Delaware governing public education,".
