AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 6 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COMMERCE AND TRADE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §9-521(b), Article 9, Title 6 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words "form and format" and substituting in lieu thereof the words "forms and formats".
Section 2. Amend §9-521(b), Article 9, Title 6 of the Delaware Code by inserting at the end thereof the forms attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Act shall become effective August 1, 2009.
