AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4914(b), Chapter 49, Title 10, Delaware Code by striking the word “property” as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the following: “personal property and/or equity in real property, other than the debtor’s principal residence.”
Section 2. Amend §4914(d), Chapter 49, Title 10, Delaware Code after the word “property” and before the comma “,” as they appear therein by adding the following “and/or equity in real property, other than the debtor’s principal residence.”
