AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE POLICE TRAINING PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 8401(5)(a), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by inserting the phrase “officers or agents of the Delaware Police Sex Offender Task Force” after the phrase “, officers or agents of the State Office of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs”, and before the phrase “and officers of the University of Delaware”.
