AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 20 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE STATE POLICE READY RESERVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 3122A(b), Title 20 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word “regulations” and replacing them with “policies”.
Section 2. Amend § 3122A(b)(2), Title 20 of the Delaware Code by deleting “including the power of arrest” and replacing the comma after “members” with a period.
