AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FINES, COSTS, PENALTIES AND FORFEITURES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 4121, Chapter 41, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by redesignating subsection (u) as (v) and inserting as a new subsection (u) the following:
“(u) Notwithstanding any provision of this Section or Title to the contrary, any Tier III sex offender being monitored at Level IV, III, II or I, shall as a condition of their probation, wear a GPS locator ankle bracelet paid for by the probationer.”.
