AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF FENWICK ISLAND, DELAWARE, CHAPTER 302, VOLUME 49, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, TO AMEND SECTION 4, GOVERNMENT, BY ADDING THE DESIGNATION OF "MAYOR" TO THE POSITION OF "PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL".
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Amend Section 4, Chapter 302, Volume 49, Laws of Delaware, as amended, by adding to the end of said section the following:
‘The President of the Town Council shall also be known as the ‘Mayor’ and wherever the title ‘President’ occurs in this Charter, it shall be understood to include the title “Mayor”.’
