AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COUNTY GOVERNMENTS AND CONTRACTS FOR PUBLIC WORKS OR GOODS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 314(a), Title 9 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase “$10,000 in Kent and Sussex Counties or $50,000 in New Castle County” and substituting in lieu thereof “$50,000”.
Section 2. Amend § 7004(c)(17), Title 9 of the Delaware Code by striking the language “$10,000” and substituting in lieu thereof the following text “$50,000”.
