AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE CHILD PLACEMENT REVIEW ACT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 3803(c), Title 31 of the Delaware Code, by striking the second sentence thereof in its entirety.
Section 2. Amend § 3819, Title 31 of the Delaware Code, by striking in its entirety the phrase “, pursuant to Family Court Civil Rule 24(a),” as it appears in the first sentence thereof.
