AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF WILMINGTON, PURSUANT TO 22 DEL.C., SECTION 811, RELATING TO PERSONNEL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 7-101 of 1 Wilm.C. by adding the following phrase after the word "Council" and before the semicolon in subsection (a):
"and such limited service employees as the Mayor, upon recommendation of the City Personnel Director and subject to approval by ordinance of City Council, may determine are required in the best interests of the City government."
