AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE QUALIFIED TUITION SAVINGS PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 3487(a), Title 14 of the Delaware Code, by deleting the following sentence as it appears therein: •
"At the time of the initial contribution, either the account owner or designated beneficiary must be a resident of the State as defined by the Board."
