AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1 AND HOUSE AMENDMENT NO, 1

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 33, TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend Section 3313(n)(2)(c), Chapter 33, Title 19 of the Delaware Code by striking "462(e)" as it appears therein and in its place inserting "459(i)(5)"

Section 2. Amend Section 3313(n)(2)(c), Title 19 of the Delaware Code by deleting the phrase "§662(e)" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "§659(i)(5)".
