AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION ADVISORY COUNCIL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 3107(c)(2), Subchapter 1, Chapter 31, Title 19 of the
Delaware Code by deleting the words "Small Business Committee of the State House of Representatives" and substituting in lieu thereof the words "Business/Corporations/Commerce Committee of the State House of Representatives".
