AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 19 OF TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SURF CLAMS AND HORSESHOE CRABS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1912(a), Title 7, Delaware Code, by striking the word "through" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase ", 21, 23, 24, 25 and"
Section 2. Amend § 1912(b), Title 7, Delaware Code, striking the word "through" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase ",21, 23, 24, 25, 26 and".
