AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF THE NEW CASTLE COUNTY EXECUTIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1113 of Chapter II, Title 9 of the Delaware Code by deleting the section in its entirety and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:
The annual salary of the County Executive shall not be less than $67,000 and may be changed by ordinance."
