AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO GENERAL REGULATORY PROVISIONS FOR FREE PUBLIC' SCHOOLS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend § 4112(b), 'Title 14 of the Delaware Code, by inserting, after the phrase "on school property" as it appears in the first sentence therein, new language to read:
"or on a bus subject to 14 § 2904".
