AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 47, TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELA1TNG TO TRAFFICKING IN PHENCYCLIDINE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 4753A(aX6), subchapter IV, Chapter 47, Title 16, Delaware Code, by striking the citation "4718(e)(5)" as it appears in the first sentence of said paragraph and substituting in lieu thereof the citation "4716(e)(5)".
