AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 6, TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COSMETOLOGISTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend subsection (1), Section 605, Chapter 6, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by striking the words ", nor less than a minimum of 35 hours per week" as the same appear in paragraph a, and by inserting in lieu thereof the following: "however, upon a written agreement signed by the school owners and the student the student may work morg than ten hours per day or 40 hours per week."
