AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE STATE BOARD OF HEALTH.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Amend Chapter 1, Subchapter II, Title 16, Delaware Code, §122(3), by adding a new paragraph "r." to read as follows:
"r. Provide for the sanitary control, specifically addressing
drinking water, human waste disposal, and control of other vectors of human disease, of mobile/manufactured home parks and other housing of similar usage, which consist of more than three dwelling units or lots located on the same or adjacent properties served by a common water and/or sewage disposal system, and which are held out to the public for rent or lease."
