AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 25, TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 25, §2502(a), Title 30, Delaware Code by
inserting a new sentence after the end of the second sentence as it currently appears to read as follows:
"In the case of contracts in excess of $50,000 which are competively bid, such person shall have initiated the license application procedure required by this subsection with the Division of Revenue prior to, or in conjunction with, the submission of a bid on a contract, or in the case of a subcontractor, prior to the submission of a bid by the general contractor."
