AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 19, TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO NEW CASTLE COUNTY POLICE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1902, Chapter 19, Title 9 of the Delaware Code, by
striking the phrase "Director of Police" wherever it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Chief of Police".
