AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 11 RELATING TO FIREARMS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 5, Title 11, Delaware Code by adding a new section to read as follows:
§1454. Giving a Firearm to Person Prohibited: Class F Felony.
A person is guilty of giving a firearm to certain persons prohibited when he or she sells, transfers, gives, lends, or otherwise furnishes a firearm to a person knowing that said person is a person prohibited as is defined in §1448 of this Title. Giving a firearm to certain persons prohibited is a Class F felony."
