Section 1. Amend §10212, Chapter 102, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the first sentence of subsection (a), and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(a) On or before May 30 of the calendar year in which an agency under review is automatically terminated in accordance with this chapter, the Committee shall present its final report to the General Assembly and to the Governor."
