AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 10, TITLE 20 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO PENSION BENEFITS FOR PARAPLEGIC VETERANS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1001(b)(4), Chapter 10, Title 20 of the Delaware Code by striking said subsection in its entirety and substitute in lieu thereof a new subsection (4) to read as follows:
"(4) The veteran is a bona fide resident of the State of Delaware."
