AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 31, TITLE 21, OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE FEE FOR A DUPLICATE PHOTO IDENTIFICATION CARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (three-fifths of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 3105, Chapter 31, Title 21, of the Delaware Code by striking the figure "$3" as it appears in Subsection (b) and insert in lieu thereof the figure "$5".
