AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXAMINATIONS OF BANKING ORGANIZATIONS,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §122, Chapter 1, Title 5 of the Delaware Code by adding to said section a new subsection (f) to read as follows:
"(f) The Commissioner or his lawful designee shall examine banking organizations for compliance with the provisions of Subchapter 2 of Chapter 11 of Title 12 and shall report his findings, on a confidential basis, to the State Escheator."
