AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 27, TITLE 21, OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHING OF A FEE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL OR OCCUPATIONAL DRIVER LICENSE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (three-fifths of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Chapter 27, Title 21, of the Delaware Code by adding the following new Section 2139:
"§2139. Fee For Occupational and Conditional License.
Any person whose license and/or driving privileges has been suspended or revoked pursuant to this title and who applies for an occupational license or conditional license shall pay a fee of $10 for such occupational or conditional license."
