AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 65, TITLE 11, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS OF THE INSTITUTIONAL RELEASE CLASSIFICATION BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §6529A(c), Chapter 65, Title II, Delaware Code by striking said
section In its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof a new subsection (c) to read as follows:
"(c) The three (3) individuals to be appointed by the Council on Administration of Justice shall receive compensation In the amount of 590 per meeting. However, no member so appointed shall receive compensation In excess of 14,000 per annum."
