AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE FREQUENCY OF LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL MEETINGS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1108(a), Title 29, Delaware Code, by striking the words "at least once every 3 months" as they appear in the first sentence thereof.
