AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, TITLE 19, OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE STATE AUOITOR OF ACCOUNTS IN APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS MADE BY THE INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE Of DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2107(b), Subchapter I, Chapter 21, Title 19, of the Delaware Code by striking the words and approved by the State Auditor of Accounts" in their entirety.
