AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 31, TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §3166(C)(5), Chapter 31, Title 19 of the Delaware code by inserting after the word "benefits" as it appears therein, the words "shall be from monies collected pursuant to Section 3391 of this Title".
