AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 51, VOLUME 65 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE, RELATING TO THE SUPERIOR COURT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 3, Chapter 51, Volume 65 of the Laws of Delaware by striking the words "within one year of the effective date" and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"on or before January 31, 1987".
