AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 17, TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INCREASE PENALTIES FOR PARTICULAR DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE VIOLATIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 11704 (d), Title 7, Delaware Code by striking the words "$25 nor more than $50" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "$50 nor more than $100" u the same shall appear in the first sentence.
Section 2. Amend 11704 (d), Title 7, Delaware Code by striking the words "$100 nor more than $300" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "$300 nor more than $500" u the same shall appear in the second sentence.
Section 3. Amend 11704 (d), Title 7, Delaware Code by striking the words "$25 for the first offense and $100" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "$50 for the first offense and $300" as the same that appears in the third sentence.
