AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 60, PART VII, TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF PERSON.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 6002, Title 7 of the Delaware Code, by deleting paragraph (15) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof a new Section 6002 (15) to read as follows:
"(15) 'Person' means any Individual, trust, firm, joint stock company, federal agency,partnership, corporation (including • government corporation), association, state, municipality, commission, political subdivision of • state, or any interstate body."
