AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 6, TITLE 6 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO BULK TRANSFERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 6 • 102, Title 6 of the Delaware Code by striking the period ".' at the end of subsection (3) thereof and adding the following:
", and any restaurant. The term 'restaurant' means any establishment provided with special space and accommodations where, in consideration of payment, food, without lodging, is routinely furnished to travelers."
