AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9, CHAPTER 70. SECTION 7002 OF THE DELAWARE CODE. RELATING TO SALARY AND EXPENSES OF THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Title 9, Chapter 70. Section 7002 (d) is hereby amended by striking the words and figures "by ordinance except that such annual salary shall not exceed $10,000." and inserting in lieu thereof "during the consideration and adoption of the annual operating budget ordinance."
