AN ACT TO AMEND 1 DEL. C. c.1 RELATING TO THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE DELAWARE CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 1 Del. C. c.1 by restyling the present §108 thereof as §108(a) and by adding at the end thereof the following:
"(b) The Division of Purchasing shall be responsible for budgeting the necessary funds to Provide the copies of the Delaware Code which said Division is required to distribute pursuant to subsection (a) of this section."
