AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 4, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO LICENSES FOR TAPROOMS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §512. Chapter 5, Title 4, Delaware Code by inserting the word "taprooms," after the word "for" and before the word "hotels," as the same appear in the title of said section.
Section 2. Amend §512(a), Chapter 5, Title 4, Delaware Code, by inserting the word "taproom," after the word "motel," and before the word "restaurant," as the same appear therein.
