AN ACT PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 1, SECTION 4 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF GRAND JURIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Section 4, Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of Delaware is amended by striking said section in its entirety and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"§4. Trial by fury
Section 4. Trial by jury shall be as heretofore."
