AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 52, TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXEMPTION FROM THE MOTOR CARRIER FUEL PURCHASE LAW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §5224, Title 30 of the Delaware Code by striking subsection (b) in its entirety and renumbering subsections (c) and (d) as (b) and (c) respectively.
Section 2. This Act shall become effective October 1, 1984.
